After conducting their acclaimed Knysna Painting Holidays from their beautifully appointed Leisure Isle studios for nearly two decades, Dale & Janny Elliot decided to create a new chapter in their lives by re-locating to the beautiful Boland town of Villiersdorp, in the Western Cape. There they have built a state-of-the-art Studio and Art Complex, incorporating a gallery, a framing section and a superbly appointed teaching studio for their Art Courses. The Studio and Gallery are ideally situated, and include every convenience for visitors and participants on the Art Courses.

Mel Elliott, second son of Dale and Janny Elliott, has joined their team as a Professional Artist.

Mel has all his life had a passion for painting along with his love for the outdoors and nature in general, and over the past year he has been actively involved in the gallery, the teaching and overall running of the extensive Elliott art realm.

Mel completed a B.Comm marketing degree at Stellenbosch University before spending time based in the U.K., from where he travelled and exposed himself to the Art scene in general. Since his return he has become a vital cog in the workshop modus operandi of the Elliott studio, and his artworks are also on display in their Villiersdorp and Knysna galleries.
